The huge, spacy rooms were a delightful surprise! The staff were super helpful, and the value for money is decent. Sadly, the mattresses could definitely use some love, making my sleep less comfy than I'd hoped. 😴

It was just a nice choice for a short visit in Southend-on-Sea with a great value-to-price ratio. The free parking was a real lifesaver after a long day of travel. Bring some snacks, though, as dining options were pretty standard.

Friendly reception staff made the check-in process easy.
The mattress in my room was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also noticed that the shower pressure was quite low after a long day of travel. While the breakfast options were affordable, they failed to impress, lacking variety and freshness that I expected.

The clean and spacious room made for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed a piping hot shower, and the breakfast options were a great value at just £5. the hotel could use some updates as certain areas felt worn and the mattress was not very comfortable.

Family with children friendly getaway
We had a suite that was massive, plenty of space for the kids to run around. The breakfast was a feast, my youngest loved that they had a continental option with all the goodies.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable for the comfort we received.

missingWrote a review on 17 Juncozy breakfasthelpful optionsdirty roompoor serviceloud environment
The room desperately needed attention. dirt and marks were everywhere, with mould in the grouting and holes in the blinds. The air conditioning was uncomfortably loud, and the bed provided little rest due to its poor quality. The interaction with the receptionist was also disappointing, lacking any semblance of politeness or helpfulness. Despite the potential for a cozy breakfast option, it seemed unappealing, making us relieved to have skipped it. Coupled with a lack of parking upon our return, this stay did not meet expectations.

We booked a Classic Family Room and were thrilled to find a huge space for all of us. The double bed in a separate room was a special touch, complete with a dressing table and loads of natural light. The children loved the four single beds in the massive lounge area, providing ample room for play. Breakfast was a delightful surprise. we enjoyed a hearty full English and a continental selection for the little ones.
